Free estimates, seven days
Tell us about the clean
CAAS Away Cleaning is locally owned and operated on S. Florida Avenue in Lakeland. Call and talk it through, or send a few details here and we will call you back with the estimate.
What to have ready when you call
A family oriented crew does better work with a clear picture of the place. Three answers are enough for a free estimate, and the call takes a few minutes.
The rooms
How many bedrooms and bathrooms, or what the building holds: offices, a waiting room, a fellowship hall, a showroom.
The square footage
A rough number is fine. Commercial and new construction pricing varies by property, size and need.
The day and the hour
Weekdays, evenings and weekends are all on the calendar, so say when the building is empty or the house is quiet.
The kind of clean
Pick the one that fits, or ask which does:
Free estimates
Every estimate is free, for homes and for commercial properties.
Payment
Cash, credit, debit or check. There is a $50 fee on a returned check.
Cancelling
Cancel at least 24 hours before the clean, or half the service charge applies.
Prefer a different hour? See the full week of opening hours or send the details with the form above. Window washing can be added to any clean.
