Glass
Clear glass, inside and out
Glass washed clear, so the palms outside look like palms again.
Chapter 01
What Florida does to glass
Glass in Central Florida picks up a film faster than most people expect. Warm, humid air leaves a thin haze on the inside of windows, and a yellow dusting of pollen settles on the outside every spring. Sprinklers throw hard water against sliders and lanai doors, and as it dries it leaves white spots that a quick wipe will not shift. Down in the tracks and along the sills, dust and damp turn into a gray paste that dulls the whole window frame.
Most homeowners notice it in one moment: the sun comes in low and every streak and smudge lights up at once. Window washing is on our service list for that reason. If you are wondering whether we wash windows, the answer is yes, either added to a regular visit or booked on its own.

How the glass actually gets clean
The order matters. Frames, tracks and sills are dusted and vacuumed first, because wet glass beside loose grit means a muddy line along every edge. Then the glass is wetted and scrubbed with a cleaning solution, with extra attention on the spots where hard water has dried. A squeegee pulls the water off in overlapping strokes, and a microfiber cloth catches the edges and the corners where a streak would otherwise hide.
Sliding doors and screened lanai doors get the same treatment, track included, because a clean pane in a filthy track still looks neglected. Sills are wiped dry last so nothing drips back onto the glass. Our products are environmentally friendly, and the crew stays focused on attention to detail, which for windows mostly means looking at the glass from a low angle in the light before calling it done.
Chapter 03
Clean glass makes the rest of the room look better
Wash the windows and the whole room reads as cleaner, even before anything else is touched.
That is why window washing fits so naturally beside our other work. A deep cleaning covers the sills and tracks inside, and washing the glass finishes the job. Homes on a basic cleaning schedule often add the windows every so often, so they do not slowly cloud over between visits. For a home headed to market, clear glass is one of the first things a buyer sees from the driveway.
