First clean

Deep cleaning, top to bottom

The whole property, top to bottom. Where first-time customers start.

Chapter 01

What a first clean has to undo

A home that has never had a professional visit carries a layer you stop seeing. There is a greasy film on the range hood and the cabinet fronts nearest the stove. Soap scum and hard-water spots cloud the shower glass. Dust packs into the baseboards, the vent covers and the tops of door frames, and the window tracks hold a gray crust of grit and pollen. None of it is dramatic on its own, and together it makes a house feel tired even when the floors look fine.

That is the clean we call Deep Cleaning: the property cleaned top to bottom, and the one we recommend for first-time customers. It is the right start because it resets the whole house in one pass. Once that baseline exists, the regular visits have something clean to protect.

How the work is done, from the ceiling down

Top to bottom is a literal order of work, not a slogan. The crew starts high, with ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents and the tops of cabinets, so the dust that falls lands on surfaces that have not been cleaned yet. Then it works down the walls, around switch plates and door frames, and over the window sills and tracks. Every pass moves toward the floor, which means nothing gets cleaned twice and nothing gets dusted after it was wiped.

In the kitchen that means appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, the sink and the grease around the stove. In the bathrooms it means the grout lines, the glass, the fixtures and the corners where water sits. Baseboards and doors come next, and the floors are always last. Our cleaning and sanitation products are environmentally friendly, and the crew works the way a family oriented company would want its own home worked, with attention to detail on the places a quick wipe skips.

Chapter 03

After the deep clean, keep it that way

A deep clean is where the relationship starts, and everything after it is easier.

Once the house has been done top to bottom, most clients move to basic cleaning. We schedule that upkeep for homes that have used our service or another professional cleaning service within the last 30 days, so a deep clean sets you up for it. Skip the upkeep for long enough and buildup creeps back, which is the only reason to book a second deep clean.

If you are in Lakeland or anywhere in Central Florida, call (863) 370-8387 for a free estimate. We work Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 8pm, so a deep clean can happen on a weekend or after the workday. A home that is also headed to market may want a move in/move out clean once it is empty, and sliders and big windows can add window washing to the same visit. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours ahead cost nothing, and we take cash, credit, debit and checks.
