A few questions are best settled by talking to the crew directly. Bring these up and get the answer for your own home or building.
Pets at home. If dogs or cats live in the house, say so when you book, and ask how they would like the visit handled.
Supplies and equipment. Ask what the crew brings and whether there is anything you would like to have on hand.
Rooms and square footage. The size of the home or building and the rooms that matter most help shape the estimate.
Windows. Window washing can be added to a clean or booked on its own, so mention the glass you have in mind.
Timing. Weekday, evening or weekend: the calendar covers all three, so name the slot that suits you.
