How an empty home gets cleaned
We ask that the property be empty, and that rule is ours. Cleaning around boxes and furniture is a surface wipe, and this service is meant to reach the places that normally stay covered. With the rooms clear, the crew can go inside the cabinets and drawers, down the closet shelves and across every wall-to-wall run of baseboard without moving anything twice.
The order is the same as any careful clean, high to low. Fans, vents and fixtures come first, then door frames, switch plates, window sills and tracks. The kitchen gets the inside of the appliances and cabinets as well as the outsides, and the bathrooms are done down to the grout and the glass. Floors are last, so the footprints from the work itself are gone. Our cleaning and sanitation products are environmentally friendly, and the crew stays focused on attention to detail, since a buyer's eye will find whatever was missed.
Chapter 03
Time it after the last box and before the buyer
Book it after the last box is out and before anyone walks through the front door.
Real estate calendars move quickly, so we are open to match them: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 8pm.
