Builder dust is not house dust
When the last trade leaves a new build, the space looks finished from the doorway and feels unfinished everywhere else. Fine drywall dust sits in window tracks and along the tops of cabinets. Vents and returns carry a film of it. Stickers and protective film cling to glass, fixtures and appliances, and there are paint specks on a window pane that nobody noticed until the light came in at an angle. A regular house clean is not built for that, and a buyer or tenant walking through finds all of it.
The same is true of a property headed for the market. A listing photographed with a dull floor and smudged glass gets a harder look than it deserves. Top down, then out the door
A final clean follows the order the dust falls. The crew starts high, with ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents and the tops of cabinets, then works down through shelving, counters, doors and trim before the floors get their turn last. Windows get their tracks and sills cleaned along with the glass, and a final clean is where the sticker and film residue on glass and fixtures is addressed. Kitchens and bathrooms get the closest look, since they are where new fixtures, tile and cabinets show best or worst.

Our hours help: the office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 8pm, so a closing on a Friday afternoon or a weekend open house is not a problem to schedule around.
